Kyle Wiseman – Leasing Specialist
Kyle Wiseman represents the 3rd generation of the Wiseman Real Estate Family. After graduating from McGill University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Labor and Industrial Relations, and four consecutive summers spent working in commercial real-estate, Kyle took the next step and joined EM Real Estate full-time. Since joining the EM Real Estate Team in early May 2021, he has worked diligently with the leasing and operations teams. Kyle’s belief that “there is always a solution” has enhanced our relationships with current tenants and prospective retailers.

Molya Audet – Accounts Payable Administrator
After joining EM Real Estate in December 2012, Molya quickly worked her way up from administrative assistant to accounts payable administrator. Specializing in accounts payable and payroll, Molya uses her experience to streamline the Company’s operations. She has taken on a leadership role and devotes a portion of her time to coaching her Team members in her area of expertise. Molya’s dynamic attitude allows her to easily adapt to the competing demands and fast-paced environment of her role. As a dedicated and detail-oriented individual, Molya is an integral part of the accounting Team.

Frances Leclerc – Account Receivable Administrator
Frances Leclerc has a professional and detail-oriented approach to her work. She displays excellent time management as well as great tenant communication skills. She uses these assets to resolve late-paying accounts in a timely manner, while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. She has been part of the EM Real Estate family since March of 2012.

Tanya Tishyna – Administrative Assistant
Tanya Tishyna has been working alongside Howard Wiseman as his assistant since joining EM Real Estate in August 2021, providing her with the opportunity to become immersed in many different challenges of the real estate world, including leasing. Wanda Pittman – Director of Real Estate – Atlantic Canada
Wanda leads the EM Real Estate operations team for the Atlantic Canada portfolio. Her previous experience has allowed her to establish deep-rooted relationships within Atlantic Canada. A true people person, Wanda has fostered these relationships and works closely with both her team and the local community to ensure Tenant and property owner needs are met. Her key responsibilities include leading the Atlantic Canada operations team, coordination of capital projects, marketing and prospecting local tenants, cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, community leaders and contractors across Atlantic Canada.

Lelia Bruce – Payroll and Benefits Administrator
Lelia Bruce has worked in Payroll and Accounting for over 20 years. Her wealth of working experiences includes time spent at a major bank and in the family business overseeing the Payroll and Benefits duties. Lelia credits her success to hard work, dedication to both herself and her profession and the grace of a few good people guiding her along the way. She joined the EM Real Estate team in March 2022.

Sofia Chiasson – Controller
Sofia is an accomplished professional with over 35 years of experience in accounting and financial management at EM Real Estate. Along with the CFO, Sofia oversees the entire accounting and payroll department. She handles the finances of the Company’s complete portfolio and provides all financial information required for reporting. Her expertise lies in her depth of knowledge of the Company’s operations and her ability to efficiently execute the complete accounting cycle. Sofia fosters the Company’s relationships with financial institutions and its Partners. Sofia’s vibrant personality, attention to detail, and commitment to both EM Real Estate and its partners form the basis of her professional success.

Rowena Bon – Accounting Assistant
Rowena Bon graduated from University in the Philippines with a Bachelor in Banking and Finance. Her passion in accounting the opportunity to deepen her knowledge in the field led her to pursue her career in Quebec. Rowena obtained accounting experience in a variety of different business sectors both locally and abroad. She continues her education to further expand her accounting expertise. Rowena joined the EM Real Estate team in October 2019.

Leandra Paoloni – Lawyer and Legal Counsel
Leandra Paoloni graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in 2017 and earned her Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa in 2020. She was sworn in as a member of the Barreau du Québec in 2021. Prior to joining the EM Real Estate team in 2025, Leandra worked at a national business law firm as a transactional lawyer, where she specialized in all aspects of commercial real estate and financing, including high-value acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, structure, and contract negotiation. In her current role, she continues to advise on complex real estate matters with a focus on delivering efficient, strategic, and business-minded legal solutions.

Andrea Papini – Leasing & Operations Specialist – Atlantic Canada
Andrea Papini graduated from McGill University in 2018 and joined EM Real Estate that same year. As the Operations and Leasing Specialist for Atlantic Canada, Andrea oversees all property management matters, manages capital expenditure projects, handles CapEx and OpEx budget planning, and reviews landlord and tenant work for new and existing tenant renovations. Additionally, she is involved in all leasing matters across the Atlantic Canada portfolio, with a particular focus on short-term rental opportunities. Andrea enjoys negotiating agreements, finding creative solutions to issues, and managing complex projects.

Sai Tirunagaru graduated from Collège LaSalle in 2017 with a DEC in Accounting and Management Technology. His studies and adaptable nature have allowed him to participate fully in the accounting cycle of EM Real Estate since joining in May 2018. Sai thrives on challenges and is enthusiastic not only about his growth within EM Real Estate but also in the future of the Real-estate Industry.

Robert “Bob” Cumming – Manager of Revenue and Real Estate Accounting
Robert Cumming graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He then attended McGill University’s School of Continuing Studies to enable him to receive his CPA designation. Having joined the company in October 2016 Robert brought his many years of experience in accounting and real estate. He has taken on the role as the main liaison and supervisor for tenant billing. He has dedicated himself to creating a harmonious relationship between Tenants and Landlord. His efforts have created trust and have been beneficial to all parties. Robert, as a CPA, has used his professional experience in the accounting field to introduce financial tools to provide analysis, controls and increase efficiency and timeliness throughout the revenue cycle.

Lavinia Guramulta – Accounts Payable Manager
Lavinia holds a Master’s degree in Economics and attended the Graduate Diploma in Accountancy program at McGill University. She brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management within the real estate and construction industry. She has developed strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and the oversight of real estate portfolios and operations. Throughout her career, Lavinia has gained valuable experience working within large organizations and managing financial reporting for complex real estate portfolios from public and private sectors. Known for professionalism, analytical skills, and attention to detail, Lavinia contributes valuable insight that supports sound financial planning and efficiency of real estate projects. In her current role at EM Group, Lavinia manages accounts payable operations, ensuring the accuracy of invoices by project and maintaining proper financial documentation. She is also responsible for sales tax reporting, supporting compliance and efficient financial processes.

Andrea Castrataro – Executive Assistant – President
After joining EM Real Estate in March 2010, Andrea has worked her way up in the Company gaining experience in operations, leasing, and brokerage. Her robust understanding of the Company’s operations ensures the executive office runs smoothly and efficiently. For the past 8 years, Andrea has worked alongside Robert Wiseman, who acts as a mentor and has helped foster her career within EM Real Estate. Claudia Riglea – Senior Accountant
With over 15 years of experience in real estate accounting, Claudia combines expertise in construction and property management with an exceptional attention to detail that ensures every project runs smoothly. Prior to joining EM Real Estate in 2025, she honed her skills managing complex, large-scale portfolios at one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate companies. At EM Real Estate, Claudia is responsible for overseeing all portfolios and budgets, working closely alongside the CFO and Controller to ensure financial accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment across every project. A true team player, she thrives on collaboration, bringing a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to every challenge. Her dedication, precision, and positive energy make her an invaluable driving force in the success of EM Real Estate’s projects.
