Founded as Econo-Malls by Murray Wiseman with the opening of our first shopping mall in Bay Roberts, NL, we have grown into a leading force in the sector throughout Eastern Canada. The contributions of Murray’s sons, Robert and Howard, have further strengthened our foundation, allowing us to evolve and expand while staying true to our core values.
As we approach our 50th anniversary and welcome a third generation of leadership, we are excited to unveil our refreshed brand identity: EM Real Estate.
